Well, that's another can of worms altogether, one that we don't want to
reopen in this thread. The RFC was about re-organizing the SVN
repository on t.e.o to move production-ready plugins out of /sandbox
into a top-level /plugin directory. This has been done now.

Now, if you want to reopen the discussion about bundling plugins with
Trac, feel free to do so. But please start a new thread, make sure you
have some solid arguments, and remember to wear your fireproof underwear :)
