Thanks, I must be doing something else wrong then.  Fortunately, the
development environment is very easy to setup, so I can keep starting over
until I figure out what I'm doing wrong here.  It seems to work fine on
initial configuration, but sometime I return to start tracd for a particular
virtualenv and start seeing that error.
