In the days of trac-0.12dev I needed to be closed to trunk to even get
some i18n stuff. As I'm working on the TicketCustomTimeFields support to
prove and improve it's code quality I'll still following trunk now. I
guess this is a special case. :-)

I mean any improvement, that can only be done by changing the msgid.
Missing translations might be a rear case and recognized only by few
translators.
