Note that Christian Boos is working on refactoring the wiki parser and
formatter subsystems (seehttp://trac.edgewall.org/ticket/4431), which
manage the IWikiSyntaxProviders. So I suspect a patch only fixing this
issue is likely to be rejected. However, you could add a comment on that
ticket as an enhancement request, to keep in mind during the refactoring.
As you have probably noticed, I'm a bit slow reacting on Trac-dev these
days, so indeed there's no such thing as of today, but it shouldn't be
hard to add support for ordering custom rules. So if you don't see me
restart the wiki parser effort within a few weeks, feel free to send a
patch for improving at least this aspect of things.
