We'll certainly include any direct link to a public Trac application, but linking to anything else is against our reference page policy, as clearly stated at http://trac.edgewall.org/wiki/TracUsers#guidelines for quite some time now. Our review has been launched partly to fight wiki SPAM, but to better honor active and visible use out there. So your reference within the revised section is valued, and I'll immediately improve it into a clearer reference - just without making it an easily click-able link.
