Hello Trac-Developers,

I've checked out Trac `trunk` recently at r10850 mostly out of curiosity
to see latest improvements and new features in action. I did use a few
Trac plugins too:
 AccountManagerPlugin
 ExtractUrlPlugin
 GraphvizPlugin
 KeywordSuggestPlugin
 ServerSideRedirectPlugin
 WikiCalendarMacro

Interestingly I've been unable to use current TagsPlugin [1] with this
code. Details are documented in th#9521 [2].

Because I suspect that some changes in Trac core lead to this behavior,
I'd like to see your comments on my rather half-educated guesses in the
aforementioned ticket.

If I'm right, just some bad code has been revealed and only the plugin
itself is to be blamed. Consequently a fix is on the way.

Thanks for taking care in advance.

Sincerely,

Steffen Hoffmann
