They produced a modified version of trac tuned for "agile" process.  If I
remeber correctly they added some facility for manging stories (use cases
if you don't know agile terminology).  Hadn't heard much about it in a few
years.  Was evaluating it for a previous employer... We opted to roll our
own solution on top of trac.
