Hi,

users here talk to me they don't understand why changing the ticket to a new 
workflow state (via "Action") is hidden in "Modify Ticket" and not placed in 
parallel to it.
They say workflow is a different thing than modifying ticket fields.

What do you say?
And is it possible to configure the position of this "Action" box?
