Sorry for the continued delays. I'm not having success authenticating with the edgewall server at the moment, so I've dropped the files into my dropbox account and made them public: https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hssna7r01jscboh/AAA9Yehxd_uAYU4CdNpd_Hooa?dl=0 These are just for "beta1" release testing.
