In a recent thread which I can't find at the moment, someone stated that
they were following the steps on the SqLiteToMySql page for translating
their database. I had made a note to review it.

I've read through that page and it looks obsolete now that
TracMigratePlugin exists. Besides that, following the procedure looks to be
highly error prone, and you really have to know what you are doing to have
any success with it. With the aim of providing better guidance through the
t.e.o wiki, I propose to replace the entire content of the page with
"[th:TracMigratePlugin] is suggested for converting a SQLite database to
MySQL". Eventually I think the page can just be removed and we can have a
short section on TracEnvironment or DatabaseBackend about converting your
database using TracMigratePlugin.

Please let me know if you see any value in keeping the existing content on
the SqLiteToMySql page.

Btw, I think TracMigrate would make a great addition to "tracopt".
