Someone could look at resolving issues with jQuery 1.12.4, described in #12348 (1). I haven't looked closely at it. Usually we update to the latest jQuery before releasing. Other than that, we are fixing some issues with recent changes to the database API and should be ready to prepare the release candidate for 1.2.
