I've started submitting patches for the plug-ins I've updated to work with Trac1.3.2, and it occurs to me to ask weather this community would class those tickets as 'enhancement' or 'defect.' As we can hope/expect there will be quite a few of these in the coming months, if there is a consensus among the maintainers as to which type is appropriate, consistency among contributors submissions would no doubt be helpful.
