Thank you Ryan, r17205 has fixed the problem and made Trac functional again.
I could not reproduce #13441 about ITemplateStreamFilter, I am not sure what it is about, may you please explain to me under what conditions are you getting it? is it happening in combination to other plugin or additional functionality?
