I'm thinking about bugs depending on the specifics of the 0.9.x
that wouldn't make sense to fix for 0.10, e.g. a bug in the db code
is slightly different in 0.9.
If not, a bug that could be fixed for that release will get lost
in the anonymous realm of the tickets without a milestone...
Even if we all hope that 0.10 will be released rather sooner than later,
we can't tell how long it will take.
