Look in Trac-Hacks, the usage of things like #T123 seems to catch on ...
TracHacks, but I think that the aliases used should be at least somewhat
readable
(and the title for such a link will always contain the full trac title,
in the above case, "ticket:123 in Trac-Hacks Community Site")
