Hi,
I'd like to vote for this enhancement. I too would like to have custom
permissions created when the project is created.
One possible way to achieve this would be to set the permissions using a
post-install script which reads the permissions from a file.
I have a similar issue with trac.ini, i.e. I always make the same changes
to trac.ini after installation.
