Dear [EMAIL PROTECTED],
For some some reason, unknown to me......I received a "bad" download from
your site, because all the items described in your instructions, did not
arrive in the download.Therefore I am unable to use your product, which I
did pay for. I am aware that bad downloads do sometikes occur, and all I'm
asking for is a complete download of the same product. If you and/or the
merchant (whomever that might be).. do not agree to this request, then I
must ask for monies paid, to be credited back to my Visa card.
