CC list can be freely edited, and the syntax is not enforced.
Users may either use the comma or the space character to separate email
addresses from each other. When the list lacks space characters, the
resulting HTML code do not contain enough breakable space characters,
which may cause troubles to the web browser (very long line, email address
appear outside the colored ticket box, ...), such as in #869.
