Also, some installations create a guest user (with rights similar to those
of anonymous), and publish the password somewhere, on their Mailing List
or simply on the Wiki.
The problem with this approach is that all users going through the guest
account basically share one session, and thus cannot set their mail
address and name so that it is used when posting tickets. Therefore I
think this approach should be considered a workaround, not a real
solution.
