Adding ".py" would allow Explorer to launch the file with the Python
interpreter, but you can't provide the path of the Trac project this way,
and the extension still wouldn't allow you to run the file directly from
the command line. The one option that comes to mind is a "trac-admin.bat"
file that would run the script.
