oh - another thing I've thought would go with this - an "outline" view of
a milestone. So you have the depth concept mentioned previously but also
could have "reveal" type triangles like in an outline and could collapse
tickets that had sub-tickets to see different parts of the tree of
tickets.
time to learn Python so I can help!
