* The attachment filename must be specified directly
* The quotes are not necessary (actually they're not supported)
`[[Image(Water lilies.jpg,width=100,vertical-align:middle)]]` =>
[[Image(Water lilies.jpg,width=100,vertical-align:middle)]]
