Chris, Jacob, editing ticket comments is '''NOT''' a solution for any spam
problem. There are several tracking systems out there ''without'' a way to
edit ticket comments. They never had any issues with spam. The solution is
pretty simple: don't allow anonymous editing of tickets. (See also my
comment from 12/16/05 03:05:51.)
