#2850: Session recovery doesn't work if path cookie has been deleted

On the settings panel it is possible to set preferences (username, email)
also for anonymous or better not logged in users.
There's also a possibility to recover a session when you enter your
session key (also a customized one).
The key seems to be stored in a path cookie, right?
When you delete this cookie, it is not possibile to recover it with the
given function.
I've created a session called "pschulz" on this server - you can test it
if you want.
