#2880: Ignore svn properties / trees in timeline

It'd be cool to be able to ignore `svn:autoversioned` files in the
timeline or to be able to set some subtrees of the repository to not show
up on the timeline.
We have a number of WebDAV clients here and the messages are annoying.
