Well, I was not able to reproduce this, neither on Windows
nor on Linux, using Subversion 1.3.0.
A few more details about your setup would be useful.
If you're using Subversion 1.3.0, be sure to check the advices
given in TracSubversion#TracandSubversion1.3.0, in particular
be sure to use a compatible SWIG if you apply the patch for
issue #2611.
