I have a need for multiple repositories because I need different security
permissions for each project, but I'd like to have them share one Trac
instance. I don't need to secure the bug reports, just the source code, so
it would be nice to have a single Trac instance for all the repositories
so that, e.g., I could see unified reporting across all
modules/repositories.
