In #374, I noted that the CC list can be currently seen as an indicator
of the "popularity" of a ticket, in a way similar -- if not better -- than
a voting system (as adding your E-Mail involves you a bit more than a
simple
"fire and forget" +1 vote...).
Therefore, when the nosy/CC list is redesigned, it should be good to still
show at least the total number of people on that list.
Being able to do ticket searches (e.g. ''nosy'' greater than `xy`)
and ranking on the list length would be even better...
