Ticket presentation does not reflect the actual status of the ticket:
A closed ticket is not line-striked anymore.
Moreover, the ticket tooltip content has been swapped (status vs. summary)
Attaching a very short patch ;-)
(I cannot commit it myself to the trunk since I do not have a working test
environment at my office, and cannot run the non-regression test, sorry
about that)
