No, python2.3-svn is unrelated to python2.3-subversion, which still exists
in all versions of Debian: http://packages.debian.org/cgi-
bin/search_packages.pl?searchon=names&version=all&exact=1&keywords=python2.3-subversion
This problem seems to be that Python cannot find a codec for the
"iso8859-1" coding specified for trac.cgi. This is not a Trac problem,
but would be a packaging problem in Debian if this is missing. The
relevant files would be "codecs.py" and "locale.py" in
"/usr/lib/python2.3", which should be included in the "python2.3" package.
If this is still a problem please file a bug report in Debian.
