Comment:
In the WorkFlow sandbox, additional resolutions can be added
programatically through the `ITicketEnumContributor` interface.
Duplicate ticket logic can also be added quite easily.
I'll assign this to myself for the [milestone:0.11] merge unless you have
any objections Christian?
