#3052: Viewing changeset diffs side-by-side wraps long lines

When viewing a changeset, if a diff has a long line then the line gets
wrapped to the next line. Only happens when using the "side by side"
option. The "inline" option works fine and does not wrap lines.
This makes it very hard to read source code changes. Please can you turn
wrapping off, or at least add an option to let me turn it off myself.
