These scripts don't seem to work with the latest v.10-devel. I can't seem
to figure out why either.
I just upgraded from v0.9.3 Stable to v0.10 Devel and, even after updating
to use the current contrib/trac-post-commit-hook, it won't work. Just to
let you know. Still looking for a fix.
