On the implemenation p.o.v, see related #2296 and #2669.
I'd say the plugin would have to register conversion
from the `'trac.ticket.Milestone'` object type
to the `'text/csv'` format, and we should have a similar
''alternate links'' format code in the !MilestoneModule than
we have in the !TicketModule.
