Well, I have some difficulties to follow what's going on here.
First start by giving explicit paths instead of the generic '/', '.',
'..'.
Also, mention what's your repository location in the filesystem
and what's the `repository_dir` you're using, so that I can see if it's
a ''scoped'' repository or not (there are some issues with scoped
repositories in [milestone:0.9], in particular #1830, which can exhibit
the kind of error you're reporting; those issues have been
fixed in trunk for [milestone:0.10]).
And for the ''severity'', we ideally would use ''blocker''
only if the issue is about an error that prevents any use of Trac
in the general case.
