Well, I looked at `logging/handlers.py` and at first sight,
I had the impression that setting it to 0 would result in a no-op.
But you're right, I didn't have [3241] in mind while doing that,
so I just checked again, and it's actually worse... I'll fix it
correctly in a minute.
