I don't see/understand the reason for this. `ignore_auth_case` was added
as a workaround for some braindead browsers (you know which I'm talking
about) that screw with the case of the login name.
Feel free to reopen if you can provide more details… i.e. the actual
'''problem''' you're seeing, '''not''' how who think it could be
addressed.
