#3222: Change ticket description with Opera-8.51 works wrong.

When I want to change ticket description with Opera-8.51 - I make changes,
push the Submit button and Opera will show me hourglass icon for ever.
The changes was commited, but I have to reload the page to see that.
IE and Firefox have not any trouble with this stuff.
