#3224: Some of the improvements needed in CDOMS

- Need the ability to re-order the properties within property groups.
Currently, the new properties added only appear at the bottom of the
table.
- Need the ability to use the tab keys, return keys, and/or arrow keys to
move within and between property groups for efficiency in data entry.
- Need the ability to move/re-organize the property groups within the
screen. Currently, the property groups disappear after they are moved and
saved.
- In the "Structure" page, the Provider Type categories in the table
automatically re-orders itself after saving new line items. Need the
ability to re-order the line items and save it in the view desired.
- System dies after 5 minutes of inactivity and must close out and re-open
the deal. Frustrating.
- Cannot print the screen.
- Need ability to change the layout of the page that is being printed.
