#3233: Add a one-click way to see all tickets for a milestone

For reporting purposes, I frequently add a query like this one to each
milestone's description:
{{{
[query:?group=status&milestone=XYZ&order=priority all tickets for this
milestone]
}}}
It would be nice if Trac had some way of automatically providing such
function the same cool way it does now for ''open'' and ''closed'' tickets
separately. The reason why I think `Trac` should do that instead of a user
adding a query to milestone description is that Trac knows the milestone
name and knows when it changes. I also think this query should be grouped
by status because it would be a continuation of the ''milestone
completion'' progress bar concept.
