Hm... well, would have been a good idea to not delete ''that'' particular
spam
attachment, so people could see what I was talking about...
Anyway, you get the idea:
* the filename itself contains spam words, and could potentially be
anything offending
* the attachment description was typical wiki spam
* and the file itself was a spammy HTML page
