This is a configuration problem, not a bug in Trac. In future please
forward all support requests to the MailingList or IrcChannel.
I suspect this is caused by you not having disabled the builtin Wiki
module after enabling the tags plugin. If you do not do this you may have
two Wiki modules registered concurrently. Refer to the tags installation
instructions for more information.
