#3240: Custom titled TracLinks rendering

I'm pretty sure this worked with milestone:0.9.

[TracInstall yadda yadda]

currently renders as: [TracInstall yadda yadda]

[wiki:TracInstall yadda yadda]
}}}
currently renders as: [wiki:TracInstall yadda yadda]
As you can see, wiki TracLinks do not get replaced by custom titles unless
you're using the `wiki:` prefix.
Is this behaviour by design (due to the implemented InterTrac feature) or
a bug introduced in milestone:1.0 trunk?
