For the record, there are now a few simpler ways to create links
to arbitrary WikiPageNames: `["some wiki pages"]`, `["Trac"]` or
even `[link]`. Changeset references take precedence over the above,
so `[1234]` or (InterTrac syntax) `[trac 1234]` are still changeset
links.
