#3319: Changeset zip does not contain added (copied) directories

Hi there, we really like feature #303, and we kind of rely on it, to synch
changes in our repository with a 3rd party, by sending them a zip file
with the changed and added files. Off course, we also have to tell them
which files are deleted, additionally.
However, if a directory was added by copying it from another place, this
is not included in the zip file. Is this something you can fix?
