Can you elaborate about what you call a "reorganisation":
1. did you change the repository (i.e. re-create a new repository and
load it with new content), or
1. did you simply create a new revision on top of the existing one with a
different organisation)
If you are talking about 1), did you resync Trac after this operation
(trac-admin <project> resync) ?
