#3420: Add ability to filter ticket queries with dates

This is most likely a duplicate but I couldn't find anything relevant so
I'm writing a new ticket.
It owuld be really nice if I could create a custome query where results
could be filtered with dates. For example:
- show me all tickets closed after <date>
- show me all ticketed created between <date> and <date>
You get my drift.
