Comment:
For enhancements tickets, the ''version'' is used to keep track of the
Trac version in which the feature request originated, as a rough
indication of the ''age'' of the request. So I reverted this field to its
original value.
Note that the wiki parser in milestone:0.11 should provide the necessary
infrastructure for enabling seemless renames, so I'm tentatively
scheduling the ticket for 0.11.
