I think you understood the original request as wanting to be able to add
additional information to changesets. That may well be the correct
interpretation, as the description was a bit vague... anyway, I wanted to
mention that in that perspective, one could also consider having the
possibility to add attachments to a changeset. That would be useful for
adding e.g. build logs. See #3068 ''(generalize attachments)''.
