Well, this looks like an installation issue, and installation issues
should be posted to the ML and '''not''' filed as tickets, as specified on
the new ticket web page.
Email notifications do work, in [milestone:0.8], [milestone:0.9] and in
the upcoming [milestone:0.10].
`notification.py` only exist for the [milestone:0.10], the file used to be
named `Notify.py` in previous versions. This file has been split into
several `notification.py` files. Current development version is always
reported as ''devel'' in the tickets. Obvisouly, you cannot apply the same
patch to all releases.
Please ask for installation support in the ML.
